These were our 2 and 3 Lexus so we already new how customer driven the entire staff is as we have been using the service department for the past 5 years. Would recommend this dealership to everyone. We like the fact there is no high pressure salesmanship and I particularly like the way they lay out the offer sheet. Very clear and concise, not like the "old days" I remember when purchasing an auto. As my title of the review says, we went to buy 1 Lexus, but since we could not decide on which auto to purchase and the offer got better with a purchase of 2, we elected to buy both automobiles. After the completion of the purchase, the General Manager, Ryon Walters, came out and met with us and expressed his thanks and offered his help if we needed anything in the future. One last comment, Alexis Lopez, was tremendous in familiarizing and setting us up with the technology in the vehicles. More

I have had a Lexus before. We saw Michelle for 10 min.in the entire sale. We returned to have a second key made and asked about the Tanneau. We have asked 4 times. (The cover for the trunk) They keep saying they are looking for one? We feel like we are being brushed off. I bought a pair of sunglasses last week and they broke. They are of poor quality.. It had to go through mgt approval to get replaced. After buying the car I feel like we were treated poorly and that they are done with us. .Auto service was excellent! . More
