Beware of you use your vehicle at all they will make sure to find a reason to avoid warranty. 18 month old vehicle less than 20k miles, refuse to fix a brake pad sensor because the brakes show wear. Sensor is just a minor issue in the grand scheme of the vehicle itself but when you purchase a $50,000 and this is your second purchase from this establishment maybe just help a customer out? Scheduling my very first service appointment was a pleasure. The coordinator was so nice and personable. I could tell she really cared about me as a customer and my my service advisor, Shaun was fanta pleasure. The coordinator was so nice and personable. I could tell she really cared about me as a customer and my my service advisor, Shaun was fantastic and conscientious of my time and needs for my first service, which you guys did at no charge. Twice, because I didn't have my wheel locks so y'all just just did my oil change. A week later I found my locks, called Shaun and he scheduled me to come back and y'all rotated my tires. Again at no charge. Wow. Needless to say you gained a new new customer for the duration and I have already highly recommended Stingray to a couple of friends. Thanks so much and y'all are heads above any other dealership I've patronized over the years and I feel very reassured that you will meet and exceed my service needs for many years to come.
