I recently had my first experience with Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City, FL, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. Last Friday, I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair and a check Chevrolet in Plant City, FL, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. Last Friday, I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair and a check engine light issue, which I was told was related to a part still under warranty. When I spoke with Sean, one of the service advisors, I was assured that if I brought my vehicle in on Monday, it should be a quick and straightforward fix. I dropped my vehicle off as planned on Monday and was told I would receive a call when everything was completed. However, by 5:50 PM, I had not heard anything, so I reached out to the service department myself. To my surprise, I was told they didn’t have a status update on my vehicle. This left me without my vehicle much longer than expected, with no communication or updates throughout the day. The lack of transparency and follow-up is concerning, especially for what was supposed to be a simple recall and warranty repair at no cost. While the team was quick to take in my vehicle, the overall communication and customer service experience fell short. As a first-time customer who was considering purchasing another vehicle from this dealership, this experience has definitely impacted my confidence and decision moving forward. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer care for future customers. More

Beware of you use your vehicle at all they will make sure to find a reason to avoid warranty. 18 month old vehicle less than 20k miles, refuse to fix a brake pad sensor because the brakes show wear. Cool, no to find a reason to avoid warranty. 18 month old vehicle less than 20k miles, refuse to fix a brake pad sensor because the brakes show wear. Cool, now I know, I should never use brakes on brand new vehicle. Sensor is just a minor issue in the grand scheme of the vehicle itself but when you purchase a $50,000 and this is your second purchase from this establishment maybe just help a customer out? Overall up and down experiences at this dealership. More

Scheduling my very first service appointment was a pleasure. The coordinator was so nice and personable. I could tell she really cared about me as a customer and my my service advisor, Shaun was fanta pleasure. The coordinator was so nice and personable. I could tell she really cared about me as a customer and my my service advisor, Shaun was fantastic and conscientious of my time and needs for my first service, which you guys did at no charge. Twice, because I didn't have my wheel locks so y'all just just did my oil change. A week later I found my locks, called Shaun and he scheduled me to come back and y'all rotated my tires. Again at no charge. Wow. Needless to say you gained a new new customer for the duration and I have already highly recommended Stingray to a couple of friends. Thanks so much and y'all are heads above any other dealership I've patronized over the years and I feel very reassured that you will meet and exceed my service needs for many years to come. Thanks Shaun and the rest of the team at Stingray. 10 out ot 10. More
