Everyone was courteous but... There was hardly any communication unless I contacted them. It took two weeks from the time I signed the papers for my vehicle to get delivered. Once There was hardly any communication unless I contacted them. It took two weeks from the time I signed the papers for my vehicle to get delivered. Once it was delivered, the gas tank was sitting on empty, there was no jack, no lug wrench, no manual, one key fob, more miles than stated and the truck was dirty on the inside. We even found animal feces inside one of the truck compartments. I'm not talking about mouse droppings, I'm talking about goat turds!! More

I had to drive to Chevy in Buford to retrieve my items after setting at Jeep in Duluth for over 3 hours the day before. When I picked up my Jeep there was less then a quarter tank of gas in it. I drove 2 miles and the gas light came on. I will never purchase a vehicle or refer anyone to my a vehicle from Rick Hendrick. Also the Jeep hard top bag was missing and didn’t bother asking for one, didn’t want to go through the song and dance. More
