We were met with a pleasant attitude and a willingness find the right car package that would fit our budget and lifestyle. We managed to find the right one for us. The process of purchasing was not what I expected. Past experiences with other dealerships we have had to haggle with sale price and felt rushed to get with the finance manager. This was not the case at this dealership! We felt very comfortable and not rushed. It took less time due to the flow of the way they do business. We highly recommend Sabino and this dealership! More

I'd done some research before I arrived, but this side by side comparison really helped me the most.. Chose the 2015 outback and can not be any more pleased. Finding a good car that lasts today is a crap shoot. Toyota, Honda, Kia, GM have all been plagued with some type of scandal. But, there is good news and I want to share it. About 4 months ago I visited all of the above dealers, studied there models, visited service, spoke with Sales and left frustrated except for one. I visited Subaru, on a mission to learn. It was a cool experience because I wasn't surrounded by Sales staff. Instead they allowed me to look, visit alone until I was ready to ask. I met Sabino Martinez who gave me websites and info to leave with as I like to research. Two days ago, my wife and I returned, well prepared knowing cost, make, model and desire. It is the first time in 26 years and 5 Isuzu's that I felt a unique respect, bond and product with Subaru. My Sales Rep, Sabino is very knowledgeable and doesn't sell you a car, he teaches you about the car and how it handles your needs(he listens well) and helps steer you. He doesn't bash the other dealers which is refreshing because that is a draining process to go through. Instead, he spends time with you on each test drive, color, make and model and guides you to where your need is. This is the first time, my wife and I bought a car the same day we visited a dealer ship. Not only is Sabino this way but the whole staff, Shaun in parts and even Finance. Sabino and the Finance Rep found the lowest interest rate of 1.7% from my credit union and processed all the paperwork at the dealer. This was wild. I did not have to go to my credit union for another trip, they handled it all. It didn't stop there. Each feature was explained in great detail. Everything from warranty, road service, maintenance periods to connected my IPhone to the vehicle for hands free phone usage. The quality surpasses that of my old Isuzu's. So if you don't want to waste your life searching for a vehicle or taking it to be serviced go see Sabino at Subaru. Your eyes will be opened for you like never before. More
