Did'not get a fare deal I trade-in my car for a certified pre-owned car in this dealership. 1- when I received the car, it was not clean and smelled bad, I had to pay $160. f I trade-in my car for a certified pre-owned car in this dealership. 1- when I received the car, it was not clean and smelled bad, I had to pay $160. for detail. 2- One of it's wheel covers was cracked and one had missing pieces, I had to pay $120 to buy two wheel cover. Considering the condition of the car I purchased and the price they calculated for my trade-in car at finance Dept. ( Kayle Stanfield ) i did not get an honest fare deal. I trusted a large dealership to be more professional and fare than what they rapped up ( David Rosas) for me, They treated us like a small second hand car sales places. I really think they did not certify this car at all prior to selling it to me. Recalculating and comparing this transaction with other dealerships for similar purchase and trade-in I believe that I have been over charged at least $1000.00. More
