BMW West St. Louis got off to a slow start with us when the 2025 X3 launch event was cancelled due to internal miscommunication, but the team we dealt with recovered nicely. We are excited to own another Ultimate Driving Machine after 200K+ miles with our 2007 BMW X3. More

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. While I waited, Sai took time out of his schedule and explained things to car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. While I waited, Sai took time out of his schedule and explained things to me and answered any questions I had. Sai would check in with the other sales person, for me, to see how long it would be till he got to me. Finally, Sai was my sales person and did an even better job showing me the vehicle and all the minute things with the vehicle I wanted. He is an exceptional salesman!!! The dealership was great. I met the owner twice and he even remembered me from the first time. Finance was great. He check to see the rate he could get me and it was lower the. The others I had received. Parker, the BMW Genius, was awesome. He help setup the controls in my vehicle and went over every button and dial with me. Overall, this place is exceptional!! I will be back if and when I need another vehicle!! Thank you for making things so easy and memorable!!! More

Nijaz and Sai were both awesome to work with. The only problem I had was waiting 4 hours from the time of purchase to drive away. They said they were going to detail it and pretty much just ran i The only problem I had was waiting 4 hours from the time of purchase to drive away. They said they were going to detail it and pretty much just ran it through their car wash. They didn’t touch the inside like we had hoped. I ended up taking it to the detailer and it cost me $150. More
