This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. While I waited, Sai took time out of his schedule and explained things to car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. Sai would check in with the other sales person, for me, to see how long it would be till he got to me. Finally, Sai was my sales person and did an even better job showing me the vehicle and all the minute things with the vehicle I wanted. He is an exceptional salesman!!! The dealership was great. I met the owner twice and he even remembered me from the first time. Finance was great. He check to see the rate he could get me and it was lower the. The others I had received. Parker, the BMW Genius, was awesome. He help setup the controls in my vehicle and went over every button and dial with me. Overall, this place is exceptional!! I will be back if and when I need another vehicle!! Thank you for making things so easy and memorable!!! More

Nijaz and Sai were both awesome to work with. The only problem I had was waiting 4 hours from the time of purchase to drive away. By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Sai was a pleasure to work with, super helpful, and never felt any pressure from anyone in the dealership. I spent a year and half finding the right vehicle for me, and after multiple visits, quite a few test drives, Sai helped me understand all the features available and build a spec that was a perfect fit. Order to delivery was much faster than anticipated and I couldn't of been happier. Once the vehicle was ready, I was at the dealership less than 2 hours for both checking out my new vehicle, finalizing paperwork and additional purchase options, as well as getting a great tutorial. I was also left with the comfort of knowing I can make an appointment anytime to re-review any features I don't understand or just wanting a refresher of all the amazing things this vehicle does. I appreciate everyone I engaged with at BMW of West St. Louis for making my first (and not last) BMW purchase enjoyable. More
