Sal and Dominic were fantastic and went above and beyond of what you would expect from a salesman. They both were extremely knowledgeable about the car and shared their own personal experiences with their H of what you would expect from a salesman. The test drive was very relaxed with Sal and Dominic pointing out all of the amenities of the car. When it came time to buy the car they worked with us and were very transparent in what the car would cost which was much appreciated. No BS and that’s the sign of a great salesman. Valley Honda should consider themselves very lucky to have Sal and Dominic on their sales team. I was quickly furnished information by Sal Capra, and then a day or two later made an appointment to test I started by inquiring through the website. Sal was not going to be in on the day I requested, so he referred me to his colleague, Ray Luttrell. Ray met me at the entrance when I arrived for my appointment, arranged for the test drive, an appraisal of my trade-in, and a test drive home. The transaction was politely and quickly finalized when I returned. All employees, whether salespeople, finance/paperwork managers, or detailing personnel were professional, timely, and polite at all time. Valley Honda avoided the stereotypical showroom experiences of the past. More
