Took my vehicle in for service today, as usual the service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the servi service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the service dept he was in the usual great mood. The service department from the valet, to service people are always friendly smiling and they fix your vehicle right the first time. The quality of the techs,and they use genuine Toyota parts which may be more expensive but if you want the job done right, you go to the best! Many of us including myself complain about prices, but if you want place that is extremely competent and really cares about you and your vehicle you go to Oaklawn Toyota! The only complaint is that Toyota corporation must give great dealers like this more inventory, because when you have a stellar dealership that knows how to sell and especially service great Toyota vehicles they deserve more product on their lots! As usual great service, the best around! Took my rav4 in for an inspection for a recall on battery wire,got oil changed and wiper blades replaced. From the beginning met a friendly man who greeted me, then onto Sal Service assistant manager, who greeted me and took care of write up and advised the time it would take. Then found out Oscar was the tech assigned to vehicle, same tech that worked on my vehicle previously, this man is absolutely 1 of the top techs around! When vehicle was returned as they had to order parts for the recall as inspection revealed need to replace cable. While waiting Juan the service manager was greeting customers as he always does to give people the feeling that he makes sure customers are taken care of, it is refreshing in this day and age where a manager is proud of his employees and the customers that he does not "hide" (As some other mangers do), in the office, but interacts and listens, and actually cares about people! Bottom line if you want top notch service and sales this is the place to go! The only thing needed is TOYOTA CORPORATION TO RECOGNIZE THIS GREAT HONEST DEALERSHIP AND SHIP MORE VEHICLES THEY NEED INVENTORY! HOW ABOUT IT TOYOTA? More

Sal Gaeta assistance service manager was trying. to let me buy 20 Lug nuts for my 2011 Toyota Highlander 2 weeks ago after I did an oil change claiming that they couldn’t do a tire rotation bc of swo to let me buy 20 Lug nuts for my 2011 Toyota Highlander 2 weeks ago after I did an oil change claiming that they couldn’t do a tire rotation bc of swollen lug nuts and bc of safety which is false and a scam bc I took it to independent mechanic very easily they rotated my tires and lug nuts were very easy to take off . So all this was bc SaL wanted to sell me a Job and saying that’s what technician noted maybe a rookie technician and have proof that he is wrong . Be careful people they always want to sell things you don’t need and they lie about it . More
