Professional service with quality staff,maintenance, communication. But i was sorely disappointed that Ferman would not replace my defective door handle, even with an extended warranty. And this is a kn communication. But i was sorely disappointed that Ferman would not replace my defective door handle, even with an extended warranty. And this is a known recurring problem. I will probably move away from BMW for my next auto due to price gouging and poor quality More
