Our service advisor, Sal Graziano, always provides us with an exceptional level of service. He is our go-to advisor for each service visit. The negative part of our experience concerns the 3% credit card surcharge imposed by Ferman BMW. We’ve always felt that the cost of credit card acceptance was built into the pricing of the product and/or service. Neither of us brought our checkbooks, and the additional $60 surcharge was shocking. These days, we don’t know any people who keep $2000 in their checking accounts. We sincerely hope that the dealership rethinks its credit card surcharge. More
