I had purchased a 2019 Red Ford Raptor from you guys about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford an about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford and is out of warranty. I was hoping Alpha would help me with the repairs which will cost me a little over $3000? I’m fairly sure Alpha knew that there was an issue when it was sold that was not disclosed to me because to hear the issue could only be done on start up, cold start. Alphas $2500 reconditioning fee I paid on top of the sales price should have diagnosed this issue. You would think Alpha would have been willing to help me out here on a new purchase from your dealership. Is seems like good business to me but they never responded to my ask for help.
