The prices of vehicles as well, especially for the given mileage, on a majority of them, being so low. My experience with everyone on the inside was positive and can not be more thankful and happy to have had my sales advisor be Cristina. An absolute pleasure working with her. Welcoming, caring, patient are just a couple of her wonderful qualities. She was everything I needed during this process and I couldn’t have been more enthusiastic. Car was purchased with higher than stated price, OK still. Then did not take opportunity to get a mechanic to check it out on my own before purchase. My mistake in relying on their assurance, stated mu still. Then did not take opportunity to get a mechanic to check it out on my own before purchase. My mistake in relying on their assurance, stated multiple times, that the car had gone through a thorough inspection and checked out clean. A few thousand extra dollars later, I learned my lesson to not deal with Alpha. I hope the rest of the car does not come up with issues any time soon. Take extra steps in your own reviews before purchase. More
