A few thousand extra dollars later, I learned my lesson to not deal with Alpha. I hope the rest of the car does not come up with issues any time soon. I recently purchased 2018 X5 from this dealer. The promised a good experience and a promised to deliver the car to me at my home. The Vehicle arrived with a broken windshield and that too after arriving 2 days late from the original delivery date 2. The vehicle arrived only with one key and i was told that they forgot to send the second key 3. The internal body of the car has several damages, the driver seat is ripped, the buttons for AC control were broken 4. The car has clear visible scratches all over the body. After paying such a huge amount for a 2018 model i have to say i am very disappointed with the car and the overall experience with Alphamotors. More
