I must say that this transaction was far from perfect. Having never bought a vehicle totally online I guess I was a bit skeptical to begin with. The communication was extremely poor I did not need someone to hold my hand but timely responses would have been appreciated on a $47000 purchase. Moira was extremely uncommunicative it was only through repetitive communication from me that I even got a response the next day. Communication about delivery was also extremely poor. It was only through the carrier that I received notice when vehicle was actually arriving. I will say vehicle is in great shape with one repair on a sliding door still needed. I believe better communication from merchants would have saved much time and aggravation on my part. More

You give 750 for repeat customers. Then charge a 750 dealer service charge? Doesn’t seem right. Was never offered any oil changes or promotions that I was the first car I bought. How do I save money? And there’s a monthly charge I was not informed of. Been on the phone with them 6 times. Then I pay 26000 for a car and I have 2 different sets of tires. Doesn’t seem right to me. My fault for not asking questions. I feel I was taken advantage of. Didn’t even know the price of the car til I signed papers and it was too late then. Did not want May payments to be so high. My fault. I was alone and nervous. Should of asked more questions. Disappointed is an understatement More
