Subaru Seth exceeded my expectations in purchasing a new car! Originally, I was driving to another dealership and figured, “why not test drive the Subaru Outback?” Once I got there, I drove the car and love car! Originally, I was driving to another dealership and figured, “why not test drive the Subaru Outback?” Once I got there, I drove the car and loved it. From there, it was a matter of if the deal worked or not. To say Seth and his team were aggressive, in a good way, to make the sale was an understatement. They went above and beyond to give extra money on the trade in and favorably worked the numbers to the point I couldn’t say no. Out of the dozen of times I’ve bought through a dealership, I think this was the best as there were no games and no xx; e.g. “what do you want your monthly payment to be?” Or pretending they had to strong arm their manager for a good deal. Thank you again for a pleasant experience, I will be back in the future. More

Lease ad was a bait & switch. Lease ad was based on one stock number, which you didn't have. Need to improve the management of the Customer.
