These are the most disgusting people to ever deal with, I’ve never been treated worse by another establishment ever in my life! I came here to purchase a car after my car died out. Barely 2 weeks later I h I’ve never been treated worse by another establishment ever in my life! I came here to purchase a car after my car died out. Barely 2 weeks later I had to return the car because the turbo blew on it! After 2 months of getting the run around and being treated like I’m stupid, I had to file a legal complaint. All of a sudden, my car mysteriously got fixed a few days later. But in actuality it wasn’t fixed. Picked up the car yesterday and today I am currently sitting in another repair shop writing this review. I had to tow the car too a shop because it wouldn’t start. Just had the mechanic tell me the paperwork they gave me was xxxxxxxx. They lied about changing the oil, there is no coolant in the car, the battery was not connected properly and the turbo they put in my car has visible damage that he can see without even taking the car apart. Now i have to take more legal action against a place who claims to be such a great establishment. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy go to this place. When I called, I was disrespected and everyone refused to get on the phone, just like they did the entire 2 months they had my car. Oh and the loaner they gave me?! Had me stranded on the side of the highway because it had no oil or coolant in it either. I had to pay for a tow and an oil change on a car that wasn’t even mine! More

I traded in my truck for a newer one at the Kia dealership in Milford. I was told by Curtis smith that I’d get 1,000 for my truck an was only given $500. The truck broke down after 2-3 weeks. Broug dealership in Milford. I was told by Curtis smith that I’d get 1,000 for my truck an was only given $500. The truck broke down after 2-3 weeks. Brought it to the dealership. Went with no car for 3 weeks. They claimed to fix it. Drove it for a few days an the car wouldn’t start. I had to then get it towed to Kia again. Went a week no car. Went there demanding a loaner vehicle. Curtis then jumped in my bf face we all had to hold him back. I was scared for my life. Sal then gave me a rental till they could find a new car they can re-assign. Almost 3 months go by of me calling them an no response. I return the rental. They claim to have been tryna to contact me. I’ve been calling them non stop an even having the bank contact them about the loan. It’s all recorded on the line an numerous of notes from me calling over the passed 90days. They tell me it’s too late an I need to do a whole new credit application an pay 3 months on the car They had parked at the dealership the whole time. So for the holidays I had no car. So the other day on 12/30/21 I go get the car an drive it home. Wake up the next day drive up the street to the store an it wouldn’t start when I came back out. Had to get it towed back in. Drove for a day an then it started over heating. Drove it back in an left there for two days. Just got the car back an they said it “should” be fine. They sold me a defective vehicle an im stuck in contract. I read the contract an it says that they gave me a working vehicle in good condition. (Which they didn’t) Who broke the contract? They claim to have fixed it an put everything brand new. They are taking advantage of me! Do not goto Napoli! They do not care about their customers! It’s all about a sale! I never had not one issue with my previous vehicle! I came there to get a new car an left with a car worst than the one I had. Paying $465 a month even still being held responsible for the payments when I didn’t even have the car in my possession. More
