I made an appointment to look at a car I was planning to buy and to have my trade-in evaluated. I told them ahead of time that it would take me about 45 minutes to get there. As we were walking out, another salesperson said, "Sammy, he's buying the car"--referring to someone else. The car I drove all that way to see was being sold to another buyer right in front of me. The next day, I received an email from a Client Care Specialist thanking me for visiting the showroom and asking how my visit went. When I shared my experience, I was told that they work on a first come, first serve basis and that they did all they could for me--basically implying it was my fault for not acting faster. After making a specific appointment and communicating my travel time, this explanation was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of communication and accountability turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a very negative experience. More
