A special thanks to Josiah Bouley, our salesperson. I sent him a text a few days ago just to see if their dealership ever carried used trucks because I was thinking about getting a new (to us) truck for my husband in the future. He fired me back a message right away that included information and pictures of 3 nice trucks that fit what I was looking for. Although I hadn't planned on buying anything right away, the truck my husband liked the best was too good of a deal not to get it. Josiah took care of everything from that point on, just as he has done for us in the past. He even sent me home with a bouquet of red roses and my husband got a beautiful red truck... and a cookie! Our first experience with Lexus, we started by visiting the dealer just to begin the process of looking for mid-size SUV's, the first of multiple dealers we would visit. A few visits later we left as owne the dealer just to begin the process of looking for mid-size SUV's, the first of multiple dealers we would visit. A few visits later we left as owners, part of the Lexus family and enjoyed every moment of the journey. Great sales team all the way around that supported one another to take care of us like we really mattered and we felt like it was genuine the entire time. One of our visits was Bob's day off and we simply wanted to look at interior and exterior color options, we let the other sales folks know that, instead of ignoring us, they jumped in to help us, bringing vehicles for us to test drive and compare, asked us questions, guided us, etc. Most dealerships would not treat you this way.
