Our first experience with Lexus, we started by visiting the dealer just to begin the process of looking for mid-size SUV's, the first of multiple dealers we would visit. Great sales team all the way around that supported one another to take care of us like we really mattered and we felt like it was genuine the entire time. One of our visits was Bob's day off and we simply wanted to look at interior and exterior color options, we let the other sales folks know that, instead of ignoring us, they jumped in to help us, bringing vehicles for us to test drive and compare, asked us questions, guided us, etc. Most dealerships would not treat you this way.
