I went to get a recall handled, they also did my inspection while I was there. They did offer a Lyft there and back which was nice and appreciated and while they did offer to do some optional servic inspection while I was there. They did offer a Lyft there and back which was nice and appreciated and while they did offer to do some optional services that seemed quite expensive, they weren't pushy and being able to choose online and communicate via text was quite nice. The reason why I left 3 stars and was unhappy with the experience was because it was extremely cold out, single digit temperatures and when I picked up the car I paid then they said they would bring the car right out to me and just to wait outside. I sat there for 15 minutes quite cold waiting for the car until I went back inside and asked what was going on. The guy asked what car I had, grabbed my keys which were just sitting inside on some key rack they had and walked outside with me to find it. Then said sorry they were just busy. Why not just give me my keys? If they knew it would take even close to that long then why not just give me the car keys? I'd rather walk a little farther to find my own car than sit outside for 15 minutes+ waiting only to find no one even had the keys or was on the way out. How much longer would I have sat out there waiting? Then they offered a car wash which would have been nice but I had to go pick up my sister from school, something I didn't think I'd be late for because I've never had just picking up a car take that long. I know 15 minutes isn't the end of the world but telling me to wait and someone would bring the car right around when it's crazy cold out then just letting them sit outside is pretty bad customer service. Then me having to go and find them just to find the keys were sitting there hidden from me just inside. Not great. To be clear I had no issues with Sam, he was nice and helpful. It was only the person who told me after I paid just to wait outside while no one brought the car around. More
