Maggie was very friendly up until the point we were in her office and politely declined additional warranty coverage. It was then that her friendly demeanor quickly changed into degrading and berating. We did not want to purchase any additional warranty coverage and understood the risks, but it seemed like once we said no, we were made to feel like idiots. We understand that warranty coverage is beneficial to some, but it is not to us. However, we would have entertained additional details or persuasion if the info was presented in a more friendly format. More
