I was driving to Ocean City MD and I was on 476 when a message came on my dashboard & my vehicle started to loose power. I was able to pull off the road and googled the closest Honda dealership and drove message came on my dashboard & my vehicle started to loose power. I was able to pull off the road and googled the closest Honda dealership and drove there. I walked up to Danielle and she was awesome I was irritated because this had never happened before she was very helpful and understanding. She took ownership scheduled my car to be seen. I was able to continue my travels leaving my CRV there. She later notified me of the problem and it was fixed. I was able to return 2 days later to pickup my vehicle. The workers were all very nice and helpful and again Danielle was awesome!! More
