I recently had an outstanding car-buying experience at West Side Lexus, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and incredibly efficient. The showroom was immaculate, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Our sales associate Shannon was not pushy, which made the whole experience feel much more like a conversation than a sales pitch. He was happy to answer all of my questions and had the vehicle pulled around to the front and prepped before we arrived. When it came time to discuss pricing, I appreciated the clarity and honesty they provided. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they worked with me to find a deal that fit my budget. The finance department was also top-notch, walking me through all of the financing options and ensuring I understood everything. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Even after I made my purchase, the dealership followed up with a personalized thank-you message. I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase and with the peace of mind that I had been treated with respect and care throughout the entire journey. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. If you’re in the market for a new or certified pre-owned Lexus, I highly recommend you go to West Side Lexus and ask for Shannon in sales and get Sam or Sterling in finance. More
