I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jay, the Internet Sales Manager, and Sterling, the Finance Associate, at Lexus Westside, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication Internet Sales Manager, and Sterling, the Finance Associate, at Lexus Westside, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication, and efficiency. Buying a car can often feel like a drawn-out and exhausting process, but Jay and Sterling completely redefined that experience for me. From start to finish, the purchasing process was handled with such precision and organization that the entire transaction took only about 45 minutes — truly remarkable. Jay set the tone from the beginning with his clear communication and genuine commitment to making the process smooth. He was transparent, attentive, and respectful of my time, which I greatly appreciated. Every detail was explained thoroughly yet efficiently, and he anticipated questions before I even had to ask. It was clear that he values his customers and takes pride in ensuring that they feel confident and informed throughout the process. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Sterling stepped in and carried that same level of professionalism through to the finish line. Finance is often the most time-consuming part of any car purchase, but Sterling streamlined everything perfectly. He was organized, prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through each document with clarity while keeping the process moving quickly. Despite the short time frame, I never once felt rushed or overlooked — everything was handled with accuracy and care. What impressed me most was not just the speed of the process, but how seamless it all felt. Jay and Sterling worked as a team to ensure that there were no unnecessary delays, and their dedication to efficiency without sacrificing quality was evident. In under an hour, I was driving away in my new Lexus with complete confidence in my decision and gratitude for the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Lexus Westside, and especially Jay and Sterling, to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional, and truly enjoyable car-buying experience. Their level of service sets a new standard. More

My salesperson was Chong Lee. She went above and beyond and is a great asset to the Lexus team. She sold us our last Lexus and we will continue to use her. However, Sam Chau in She went above and beyond and is a great asset to the Lexus team. She sold us our last Lexus and we will continue to use her. However, Sam Chau in the financing department was immensely rude to me. He is a disgrace to the Finance Department. I hope his manager takes corrective action with him. More
