I recently visited BMW of Catonsville with hopes to buy a car. My experience with Steve Yang and Sam Choi couldn't have been better! Upon getting to the dealership, Steve greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism, allowing me to explore the lot on my own without any pressure. Upon finding a 330i XDrives I was interested in, Steve promptly assisted me with the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately, my first choice was a car that had already been sold. However, this did not deter Steve, as he and his team worked to find me an EXACT MATCH at another dealership, and had the car in the dealership for me the very next day. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was perfectly cleaned and detailed and beautifully displayed in the showroom. Steve made the day feel special, and I cannot thank him enough for that. Although the process of closing took some time, Steve and his team were courteous and friendly throughout the entire process, continuously checking to give me updates on when it would be my turn to meet with the financing team. He even offered to buy me and my significant other lunch to make up for the wait, which was more than generous. Once it was my turn to meet with the finance team, I worked with Sam Choi. Sam was transparent and direct with me throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and personable, and helped me pick the right option for me. He was an absolute professional in all stages, and made the closing process smooth. Overall, I highly recommend BMW of Catonsville. If you're in the market for a BMW, ask for Steve Yang and Sam Choi -- you won't regret it! More
