She found a similar vehicle on her lot to what I was buying and let me test drive it to save me an extra trip to Virginia. That’s the sort of luxury level customer service I expect from a top tier luxury brand. Despite knowing that she couldn’t make any money off of me, she still went above and beyond to assist me. That speaks volumes to the character of the employee, and the overall integrity of the dealership. When the day comes I can afford a custom factory order new BMW I’ll be back to bmw of Catonsville and hopefully Yulia will still be there. More
