I recently purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Cantonsville and had a wonderful experience. I live in New Hampshire and I was looking for a very specific color combination for a specific vehicle a Cantonsville and had a wonderful experience. I have never bought a vehicle out of state before so this was a new process for me. I worked with Jae Lim in sales, Andrew and Sam in finance and spoke with managers Anthony DeLuca and Jerry Herbert. All of these guys went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jae made it easy to communicate via text messages and much of the communication was handled while I was at my office...very grateful. Andrew and Sam got me financed at a great rate with good terms. After that I decided the best way to get the car to me was to ship it. These guys expedited the prep process to help accommodate the shipping company I hired to ship the car. They also set up a notary to come to my house in New Hampshire on a Sunday so they could overnight the paper work back in time for the vehicle to be picked up on Tuesday. Jae sent pictures of anything I asked for, even answered text messages after hours. Truly above and beyond. The vehicle was delivered on time, clean and ready to rip. Initially, I was undecided, and torn between a vehicle at BMW of Catonsvill Joe Feng was extremely helpful throughout my vehicle purchasing process. Initially, I was undecided, and torn between a vehicle at BMW of Catonsville, and another at different dealership. Joe, showed me all the information pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in, and gave me the space I needed to make my decision (contacting me to following up every 4-5 days). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with expertise. On the day of purchase, Joe was patient and explained every document I was signing with complete clarity. I was fully aware of everything I was appending my name to, and understood my charges fully, which I greatly appreciated. Sam Choi, the finance officer was just as thorough with his explanation of the finance paperwork. I was blown away by his professionalism, and wisdom, when explaining to me the terms of my lease.
