He was straight forward and made sure I was only shown vehicles that fit what I was looking for with the help of Sam. Sam thoroughly explained every warranty , how to keep the vehicle well maintained, and even went over the average cost of maintenance year to year. Sam answered EVERY question I had. Next there was John who is a Bmw genius. They didn’t lie when they called him a genius. He went over every feature of my vehicle, paired all my devices, set all my favorite options, he did it all! Not to mention they all helped me transfer my things from my old car to my new car and this all happened during there normal hours but actually pushed two hours pass closing. No one rushed me or was anxious to get me out of the dealership. I actually had to tell them it’s ok I’ll come back to finish up on anything I missed out on later. They wanted to make sure I received the full experience and treatment and didn’t make me feel as I was an inconvenience because they had to stay late. If you want a dealership that will be honest and is looking out to make you smile and happy when you leave chose BMW of Catonsville. The first thing Sam said to me is “You’re not smiling and I just want to make sure I can provide you with everything you ask for so you can leave here smiling.” Well guess what ? I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth I visited several "local" dealerships before purchasing a 430i convertible from BMW of Catonsville. I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth the hour-long drive. My sales rep Benn Edwards helped me get the car featured the way that I wanted it, along with several nice discounts/incentives. Rather than simply try to sell me a car off their lot, he encouraged me to order the car that would truly make me happy...and I am very happy! Although Benn was not in the day I picked up my new car, I was taken very good care of by his associate Joe and sales manager Anthony. The closing/pick-up process was smooth and easy. I also enjoyed working with their Business Manager (finance guy) Samuel, as well. These are all BMW guys through and through, and they all make a great team! I can be a hard (strong-willed) customer at times, but the staff at BMW of Catonsville is clearly dedicated to their customers and provide a superior level of service that puts their customers at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. Even if you live outside the area, they are worth going to for their 5 Star service!!! More
