From my first visit with each of them, I immediately experienced everything that I had always loved about my former dealership before their decline. Although I was a first time customer at Catonsville, I was made to feel as valued as if I had been here for decades and I became immediately comfortable. The sales process was smooth and flawless, the service department is expertly and efficiently run, and I do not see myself working with any other dealership than Catonsville, any other sales representative than Benn Edwards, or any other service representative than Jamie Brenneman.
