We first went there because they had the exact car we liked. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Brendan Collins was our first contact. It as an 8 week process and there was no communication. I reached out several times and told “I’ll call you back in five minutes”. 3 days later no call even though I left messages. A final insult-I was tol I reached out several times and told “I’ll call you back in five minutes”. 3 days later no call even though I left messages. A final insult-I was told the car would be detailed and filled up with gas. The fuel light came on before I even hit home. A horrible experience all around. More

Worse service we've EVER had! James in the service dept. was terrible! He would say we're getting our car a certain date then we wouldnt6hear from him. This dealership is amazing went above and beyond to help my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home t my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home the finance managers were just breathtaking when it came to being transparent so amazing Oshay took his time to explain truthfully what my payment was and what I was paying in total and made sure I understood the contract I was signing the finance manager that’s in the other office I think his name is chuck he heard me talking about my cats and came in introduced hisself and gave me some info on his cats and what he does to maintain all 12 of them at the end I recommend anyone looking for a truthful transparent dealership that takes care of you as well as making you feel at home you must go check out midtown Kia wonderful experience!!!! More

It was honestly extremely happy with the entire experience at Midtown Kia. I came in specifically because I had purchased a preowned Kia from another dealership, but discovered that there was a mai experience at Midtown Kia. I came in specifically because I had purchased a preowned Kia from another dealership, but discovered that there was a maintenance agreement on it from Midtown. I expected to have a hassle getting it transferred over to my name, but it was no problem at all, and everybody I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. More
