They did in a week what the others couldn’t do in two months. But aside from their timeliness their professionalism and the way they made you feel like a warm comforting experience is something I have never felt in former car buying experiences! Lesly came in on her DAY OFF to work with my husband and I. Sam her manager was who I had initially worked with via a referral and the handoff made me feel like I had TWO people in my corner working for me. Working with the finance team and even the team that worked with my insurance company were exceptional as well! Like I said words can’t describe what a great experience this was. But I tried! Mike was able to find a vehicle that matched our taste in no time, and was extremely supportive. Without any exaggeration, we can confidently say that one of the main reasons we did not hesitate to purchase the vehicle was because of Mike. I think it is very rare to find a salesman like him who truly makes customers feel like there is a salesman on their side in the buying process, as we often have to go through stressful negotiations and back and forths to reach an agreement in terms of price and everything else. From 5 car buying experiences so far in different states and dealerships, this was the best experience ever! Regarding the finance process, Sam Dawoud was also amazing. Within few seconds into talking with him, one can clearly tell that Sam is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and was crystal clear in explaining basics to more complex aspects of the financing process.
