The service staff (Alisha, Sam) were friendly, efficient, professional. The service dept manager (Drew) listened to the issue on my car and acknowledged the possibility of a defect in the wiper post (that professional. I only gave 4 star rating because of two reasons: 1. I still believe that the wiper post (made of stainless steel should not just simply break when unscrewing the bolt off it 2. Your prices are very very very high - $460+, parts and labor, for replacing the wiper post You should fix the screen in the waiting area (below the VW lighten up logo) that's supposed to allow for picking accessories. It is currently serving as a large calculator. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and that reset didn't work. More
