I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at Toyota Rockwall. This was our second visit—and it will absolutely be our last. This time, my husband called to discuss service options. Our usual liaison was out of the office, so someone else walked him through the options. My husband planned to confirm selections via email after everything was explained. Instead, the person he spoke with said they could make the selections for him—and chose a service we did not want. As a result, our bill was $700 more than expected. To make matters worse, when we picked up the car, the tire pressure light was still on. If an inspection was supposedly completed, how does a visible warning light get overlooked? That’s not just careless—it’s lazy. When we asked about it, we were told we’d need to pay for another inspection, after already being charged for services we didn’t authorize. And this isn’t an isolated incident. During our last visit, I requested a fix for my automatic tailgate. Not one screw was replaced. Every mechanism was stripped and failed within a week. Though this location is closest to us, I will never return. The service is careless, communication is poor, and the money we’ve spent here has been a complete waste. More

toyota rockwall is worst place to maintain you vehicle. I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 th I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 they told me my vehicle dosent have engine problem. and they took my money with out any logical reason. and more than that they damaged my heating system plus other mechanical issue. toyota rockwall manage is very very rude and dont know how to deal with customers. Had an appointment to remove protective paint shield on the hood of 2011 Camry. After 2 hours I was told it's going very slow. I feel like they didn't start on my car at the appointment time. I was told the hood of 2011 Camry. After 2 hours I was told it's going very slow. I feel like they didn't start on my car at the appointment time. I was told the hood will need touching up before a new protective shield can be put on. When he told me my car was ready, the headlights had a milky white substance running all over them. I asked if this would come off and was told yes when you take it to a car wash. I told him I want it off before I leave. My car had to go to the back again and they restored the headlights using sandpaper. This was not going to come off and they knew that. The hood was so scratched from using a tool to remove the shield that the whole hood and front fenders had to be repainted. The body shop that I took it to told me I should have brought it to them first and they would have buffed the shield off. Very disappointed in the care & service I received. I could keep going about this but nothing good I can say. More
