Our salesmen was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When my wife and I went to look at the a new Continental we were greeted by Chris Fitzgerald who was very cordial. We expressed an interest in a new R When my wife and I went to look at the a new Continental we were greeted by Chris Fitzgerald who was very cordial. We expressed an interest in a new Ruby Red Continental which Chris stated was actual coming in within a few days. He called us to let us know it had arrived and when we went to see it he had it ready for us to test drive. He also spent several hours explaining the ammeties that the car had and walk us through all the features the car had and how to customize it to our preference. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and his patience with all our questions, not knowing if we were going to purchase the vehicle. I also found negotiating the price was not a hard sell and we came within $500 of the price I wanted to pay. Once we agreed on the price Chris took care of all the paperwork and Sam work up all the financing paperwork. Both Chris and Sam were very pleasant to work with. Buying the Continental at Malouf Lincoln was pleasant, effortless and professional experience. I would recommend Malouf Lincoln to anyone interested in buying a car. More
