From the start, everyone was welcoming, friendly (and funny), very honest about price expectations, worked with my budget and were extremely prepared. This was my first dealership visit out of 4 in one day (to look at various cars) and by far the best. No pressure or hassles. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I look forward to doing business with them throughout my lease. Don and Sam were both incredibly easy to work with and very helpful. Both were very pleasant and made the whole leasing process flawless. Jimmy was absolutely fantastic as well. While there are multiple things he (and the entire team!) can be complimented on, I highly appreciate that he talked to both my dad and myself, not one or the other, since the car was for me, not my dad. Excellent Experience I worked primarily with James Lennon. I popped in a few weeks back to look at a Ford F150 Raptor and I told James I wasn't ready to buy that day and h I worked primarily with James Lennon. I popped in a few weeks back to look at a Ford F150 Raptor and I told James I wasn't ready to buy that day and he took my information and followed up with me by email. No pressure at all. When I was ready I emailed him back a few weeks later and we set up a time to meet and test drive the truck. Again, no pressure by anyone. We were able to cut a deal and I walked out the same day with my new Raptor. Everyone from Dino Jr to James or Sam in finance made everything very easy. I would highly recommend Malouf Ford and James Lennon to anyone. Great guys!!!! More
