When entering this ford dealer I was approached by Jim Lennon who immediately asked if I needed help. I told him I had been in contact with Steve and would like to speak with him. Without hesitation Jim went to Steve and brought him to me. The two of them immediately made me feel like a valued customer unlike other dealers I have been to. With little to no negotiation we made a deal work for the vehicle I wanted. Both Steve and Jim provided a more than excellent leasing experience. Sam in the finance office was knowledgeable about the paper work and in less than 10 minutes of being in his office everything was complete. If you are considering buying/leasing a ford I highly recommend Jim, Steve, and Sam at Malouf. More

Everyone was down to earth, very comfortable, and most importantly respectful with no pressure sales. I was traveling overseas, trying to coordinate things remotely. After some research, I narrowed down the choices, Lincoln Nautilus vs Lexus RX350. Prior to the trip, I was able to visit my local Lincoln dealer, but had a less than stellar experience. After test driving the Lexus I was still interested in looking at the Lincoln. With a quick google search I found the car I wanted on Malouf's website (color, configuration, etc..) At this time I was already gone on my trip, so I asked my wife to check things out. Joe and the team took excellent care of my wife, explained everything, and gave her the car for a test drive. Encouraged by my wife's positive feedback, I reached out to Joe to get more details. Joe responded quickly to my emails, answered my questions, and negotiated a fair lease. By the time I came back, the car was ready for me to test drive and finalize the paperwork. Sam walked me through the paperwork, explained everything in detail and answered my questions honestly. I especially appreciated his candor when it came to some of the "add on" options. Helped me make an informed decision. Overall, If someone is interested in a Lincoln, I would recommend contacting Joe and the team at Malouf. More
