I leased a company vehicle through James Lennon at another dealership where he worked a few years ago and had a great experience. So when my wife and I were in the market for a Ford Explorer and saw t another dealership where he worked a few years ago and had a great experience. So when my wife and I were in the market for a Ford Explorer and saw that Jim is now at Malouf, we went there, even though there are a few Ford dealers closer to us. While we were disappointed that an ST Explorer we went to try out had already been sold, it ended up being a good thing. Jim had us road test a Limited Explorer and wife loved how it road. We then tried another ST on the lot, it proved too stiff and with an engine a bit too strong for my wife's liking. As a result of test driving four different Explorers that Jim found on the lot for us, we realized that we had to have the 2nd row bench seat, rather than the standard captain seats, for when we bring our large dog with us, |and a six cylinder with towing package for hauling my small boat. Jim put us behind a Platinum, but it was not a color we wanted, nor did it have the bench seat. Other than that, we loved it. Jim said he would locate the vehicle in a color we wanted, six cylinder and with the bench seat. He had it the next day. We love it! Now usually, I hate going into the finance office to complete the sale. Sam was fabulous. He explained possible add-ons--most of which we did not want other than an extended warrantee for more years of no worries. No pressure at all, when we said no to items. And he helped me get accessories--like bug deflector and mud guards. Got a vehicle we thoroughly like, at a good and fair price, and no pressure sale. Five stars for both James and Sam. More

I chose to spend a couple weeks comparing vehicles, even venturing to another Ford dealership. During that process the other Ford dealer provided a different experience, more aggressive in attempting to not let me leave without a sale. Jim was easy to reach by phone or email, he responded to and resolved questions either within hours during the working day, or early the next morning.
