This is my fifth time buying a VW from City VW of Highland and I always get the best service. The staff is friendly, honest and they do treat you like family. No nagging, lowest prices in the Chicago Highland and I always get the best service. The staff is friendly, honest and they do treat you like family. No nagging, lowest prices in the Chicagoland and great customer service. Excellent experience, and will come back next time I consider another VW vehicle. I worked initially online with Sam Lotta, that was very helpful and provided a great deal. This is my second time working with Andy and he again provided excellent customer service. No pressure, excellent explanation of the car options, settings. Walking through the paperwork was a breeze. I highly recommend Andy for his knowledge, approach and honesty. More
