Spent a day out looking for our new Pup Wagon. Ran across one on AutoTrader at Roesch. Popped over to take a look and Wow! It was by far the best one of the day. I called ahead make an appointment just as Ray indicated he was available to greet us when we got there then introduced Justen who is our specific salesperson. Both Ray and Justen: knowledgeable,accommodating, caring. Transitioning to the Ford Escape was a huge change for my mom and they answered all our questions showed us all of the features, and understood our needs. It was also a pleasure to work with Sam-- none of the ridiculous high pressure tactics that I have received at other car dealerships that pushed their in-house financing or extended warranty options.
