I have not bought a used car since 1981! So the process was foreign and a bit intimidating to approach. I am from Buffalo and knew I would probably have to buy the car I was looking for out of town. I found a car I was interesting in on Autotrader and called Karl Knauz BMW in Chicago. Sam answered. He proceeded to tell me they had an additional similar car in stock. He walked me through the differences in detail through emails, feature and option lists and photos. He held the cars for me and I got on a plane. I test drove and purchased my car that evening. Sam gave me a company to ship the car. They were fair in pricing and did a good job. I would definitely buy a car from Sam or Karl Knauz BMW again. All in all my experience was excellent! More
