I received a trade-in price right online for my car, and pretty much secured the final numbers without stepping foot in the dealership. I received a phone call from their sales manager, Sam, to review the numbers. They didn’t have the color I wanted in stock, but Sam confirmed he had one on the way. I placed a payment to hold the car. I was given a timeframe of when the car would arrive. The car was two days early, I scheduled an appointment to sign and get my keys. It was that simple.
