Steve Ambrose was able to move from one type of vehicle to the next, seamlessly, and provide my husband with the knowledge he needed to make a decision. He is very knowledgable of the product and so very easy to work with. When I arrived to test drive the car, Steve Ambrose and Sam Vasco gave me a warm welcome. My Salesman Justin was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the Focus. He took his time and answered all of our questions during our 2 test drives. After the sale was finalized he once again took his time to go over everything once again. The second reason I keep coming back is the excellent service department.
