I brought my vehicle in for A1 service code and a repair to my AC due to faulty parts. They didn’t perform the tire rotation, just the oil change, no mention as to why. Then they had the nerve to tell me th to my AC due to faulty parts. They didn’t perform the tire rotation, just the oil change, no mention as to why. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I needed new tires because they hadn’t been rotated consistently… WHY/HOW?? I have kept up with all maintenance, if my tires haven’t been rotated it’s because they didn’t rotate them. Have they ever rotate my tires when I have brought it to be serviced?? Definitely disappointed. They repaired/replaced the faulty AC condenser, but within a week my AC was blowing warm air again. I brought it back and they said that now the problem is the evaporator. I paid $100 to have that replaced because I didn’t have a choice, but I truly believe that the evaporator issue was directly related to the condenser issue and should have also been covered by the warranty. It’s too cold now to tell if the AC has actually been repaired but it makes a noise like it’s leaking air when I turn it on so I’m not hopeful. More

Super overwhelmed that day due to car troubles but Leslie took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. Being told your transmission was malfunctioning isn’t something great to hear but Sam direct took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. Being told your transmission was malfunctioning isn’t something great to hear but Sam directed me to Moose to discuss other options for trade in. He pulled in Leslie to assist me further. The level of resilience and understanding and ability to connect in a personal level allowed me to feel at ease during this whole process. I left so happy and bragging about the overall experience to everyone I know. My stepmom even was so moved by it and ended up going and purchasing a new car a week later. No one was mean, pushy, or misleading. Leslie went above and beyond her duty to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in my purchase. More

Took my 2017 Honda pilot to the shop to get my driver side Window fixed due to an issue that needed the part replaced and unbeknownst to me that I had a “third party” insurance that covered it that but K side Window fixed due to an issue that needed the part replaced and unbeknownst to me that I had a “third party” insurance that covered it that but Kevin was great in assisting and explaining to me how that works and that saved me a ton out of pocket. The dealership was nice and clean but the service provider I dealt with was flippant and rude. He seemed quite annoyed that we purchased our vehicle at a different location but were coming to this lo provider I dealt with was flippant and rude. Honda advertises the ease and convenience of going to any dealership for service so being treated this way was a huge disappointment. I also felt that as a young woman bringing my vehicle in alone, he automatically wrote off anything I said. More
