Just there for an oil change, and got really good information about what else needed doing, but without the hard sell. It makes me more likely to do business with Honda, and Honda of Kenosha for othe information about what else needed doing, but without the hard sell. My appointment was never entered into the computer when I called, apparently. That was very inconvenient. The place was expensive compared to many others but that is fairly common.
