Bob the courtesy van was nice and knowledgeable Kia vehicles, he was a pleasure riding with. In addition the service department found an oil leak around the oil filter housing. Thanks to the Lifetime wrap policy I purchased when I purchased the Sedona in 2012 the cost will be a small deductible, I'm going to drive this van until the wheels fall off. When we purchase another vehicle I'm 99% sure it will be a Kia, they get great reviews from Consumer Reports, So save money buy a Kia , the next time you purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I was greeted at the service door by Sam - with a welcoming smile. Didn't even have to park my car. He explained the service recall and the estimated time.
