I had a very good service experience . All of the staff members I had contact with were courteous and friendly. When they did the multi-point inspection they made me aware of an alignment problem, which I authorized them to fix. The servicing and alignment on my car was completed within the time I was given at check in.. I also used the shuttle service and was very pleased with the prompt pickup and return back to the dealership. More

2 1/2 hours for minor repair. Lady said she looked foe me 3 times. I was sitting right by the cooler full ofwater. I will overlook this 1 time.
