We had received a recall notice of software update & thought we could get it done with the already scheduled service visit. Was disappointed we couldn't. We're 1.5 hours away & will have to make another trip to fix that. Another disappointment is that you charge for tire rotation. We have never had to pay for that before--Sam's club, Sears, WalMart, & tire stores rotate for free when you buy tires from them. More
