I'm not looking for any response. I just wanted to let you know that I didn't appreciate the way the situation was handled when we showed up for a scheduled brake repair and were told that additional parts were needed and the job couldn't be done until the parts were ordered. We went elsewhere and the brake pads were replaced and we were told that NO additional parts were needed and everything was working properly. I've never had any issues with Southern Team Subaru in the past and have been pleased with the service in the past. Very disappointed.
