I was impressed with everyone I dealt with in the service department. They have been very cordial and helpful. I was impressed with how quickly the service was done upon arrival. On the other hand, something went wrong with my insurance documents and they had the wrong creditor listed as lien holder and had no record of my insurance. It took me HOURS on the phone to get it straightened out to meet their deadline and not be charged $3291 for insurance. This occurred when I had a death in my family and it was totally dreadful with all I had to do making arrangements. More
