Overall good experience Samantha was my salesperson, and I think she did a pretty nice job. She's very nice, and what I noticed was that she was prompt in getting back to me Samantha was my salesperson, and I think she did a pretty nice job. She's very nice, and what I noticed was that she was prompt in getting back to me when I had questions, or when we had an email or text exchange. After purchasing my vehicle, she followed up a week later asking how the vehicle was. Nice to see someone do that. I think Sam was pretty transparent and straight-forward with things, and that she didn't BS me too much with the typical "car salesman" lines. I mean hey, her job is to sell vehicles so I get it. When signing the paperwork for the purchase, I worked with Dave. He too was nice, and professional. As I anticipated was going to happen, he really tried to get me to buy an extended warranty, as well as a Ziebart package for the Ziebart shop next door. He was professional about all of it, but he at length tried to persuade me to buy these add-ons. As always, I said no. Sam then took me to my new vehicle and walked me through several of the functions and so on inside the Jeep. The only hiccup we had was getting the trial of SiriusXM Guardian to activate, but that wasn't Sam's fault - it ended up being a problem with SiriusXM. All in all, a better than average car-buying experience. I'd come back to Sam again in the future. More

I was NOT easy to deal with I dislike salespeople and the ENTIRE care buying experience. My sales person was Samantha Cortese. She has helped change my feelings torward salespeople. She LISTENED & addressed EVERY concern and objection I presented. I was unsure how much I would have to pay for insurance on the Jeep Cherokee I was thinking about leasing. Samantha suggested we call and get a quote. We called and got the monthly quote and we closed the deal with me leasing, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee paying less than $400; insurance and car payment. I also became really upset and walked out of the dealership. Samantha came after me and talked me through the details and gave me more than we had even discussed. She heard my heart, my fears and frustration. She helped me not walk away and for that, I am thankful. Thanks Samantha! :) Also, I would like to say Dave Hilner graciously excepted my apology after I'de become unyielding and no longer wanted to be reasoned with.
